• I guarantee you’ll get a viable tuber with a healthy neck and an eye that’s ready to sprout!

• Important: As soon as your tuber arrives, give it a good look over. If something seems off, contact us by email within 7 days. After that, you’re the keeper of your tuber’s fate—weather, storage, and plant care are on you! 🌿

• If life throws you a curveball and you can’t make it on that date, just shoot me an email and I’ll work with you to find a time that works. We’ll make it happen, no stress! 😎🌸

• Heads up! Orders not picked up or shipped by May 5th will be considered abandoned and will be returned to stock...and I’ll just throw them into the ground and grow them myself! 🌱 But I know you’d rather have them in your garden, so make sure to pick them up or get them shipped before the deadline! 😉

I’ll send the pickup address in your confirmation email, so keep an eye out for it!

No matter how many tubers you order—big or small—the shipping fee is always a flat $15 per order. No hidden costs, just straight-up simplicity to get your dahlias to you! 🌸📦

Ordering more? 🎉 No worries, I’ve got you covered! If you place a second order before March 31st, 2025, just shoot me an email to let me know, and I’ll combine your shipping to save you some cash! 💸 I’ll refund the $15 shipping fee on that second order once I hear from you. Easy peasy! Just remember, you must email me to get those shipping savings—no email, no refund! 😉

LIMITS:
We’re all about sharing the love! Sometimes, we have to limit certain varieties to ensure more people get the chance to grow our most sought-after dahlias. These limits apply per household, not per person. So if we catch you trying to sneak in extra orders through your secret agents, your entire order will be canceled and refunded. Play fair, flower fam! 😉

SUBSTITUTIONS:
No substitutions here! If something goes awry between your order and shipping (like the unexpected loss of a tuber), we’ll refund you the price of the tuber(s).

CANCELLATIONS:
Once you hit that "order" button, your order is locked and loaded—no changes or cancellations. If we find something’s not quite right during our quality checks, though, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order at our discretion.
